Erik has over a decade of developing and implementing Internet solutions for various businesses and organizations. He also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
Erik's technology experience began as systems administrator for Winter Park based Internet Service Provider called MagicTec. He also held a position at Orlando Sentinel Communications as a web designer, a Network Engineer for Unitied States Bioedical Information Systems, and also systems administration for a local home builder in Orlando before planting the seed to grow Orlando Tech Works.
Erik has crafted his technical niche as network administrator, engineer, and developer for clients locally, regionally, and nationwide. His expertise includes planning, designing, and implementing server and network deployments, disaster recovery plans, and hosted solutions.
VP Sales/Business Development
Dawn has over a 25 years of sales and business development experience. Her areas of expertise include building new relationships with customers and establishing partnerships with other IT vendors and service providers.
Dawn started her career in the real estate market specializing in title insurance. She brings over 15 years of management experience from fourtune 500 companies such as Commonwealth Land Title and the First American Corporation. Dawn was responsible for overseeing statewide sales and marketing efforts, as well as spearheading new accounts.
Dawn's main focus includes sales and marketing efforts for all hosted and consulting services. She identifies new opportunties for business, and was instrumental in the development of the Point Data Sever hosting.
Network & Systems Admin
Nick is in charge of the infrustructure that runs our network. He has over 6 years of experience with data center management.
He successfully created a transit system which enables network communication seemlessly across two data centers.
His previous employment includes various roles in the Auburn University registrar department. Nick maintained serveral large systems running Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and IBM's AIX UNIX. His other strength's include routing and switching which enables him to work well with our data center equipment.
Tech Support Specialist
Rick spends his day working through our trouble ticket system. His is very knowledgeable in all areas of computing.
Rick is currently working towards an MIS degree from the University of Central Florida. Upon completion, he hopes to obtain a role in network administration.
Tech Support Specialist
Adam also works through our trouble ticket system. He is excellent with Windows domains and web servers.
Adam covers the night shift. He does after-hour support including maintenace windows. He is a great addition to our support team!
