Your Calyx Point Software is configured to contact a Point Data Server instead of a local server on your network. All files are then originated and saved on the PDS. A secure internet connection between you and the PDS transfers your files and saves changes to every loan file. These files can be accessed by loan officers or managers anywhere there is an internet connection available without the need for a VPN.
